Postural Awareness

At home we can be aware of our posture.

Especially for kids as we’re growing it is important for them have good posture while they grow.

Being aware of our body position, this benefits the spine’s sensor known as proprioceptive response to align the body into the state we want it to be.

Forwards posture can decrease lung capacity, create neck pain and headaches and affect our mood.

If kids are at home on Ipads and Tablets lying on the ground on their tummy is a better way to use them.
