BUT WHY DOES CHIROPRACTIC HELP SO MANY WITH THESE HEALTH CONCERNS?

Chiropractors do not treat these conditions as their own entity, instead we are focusing on how the body and nervous system is functioning, in particular spinal dysfunction and nervous system interference. Birth, learning to walk, falls, play, sport and school stress can all lead to dysfunction of the spine which creates interference in the nervous system. Your nervous system is how your body communicates with your brain and is responsible for the function of your body as a whole. Put simply if a child’s spine is misaligned or they are holding unwanted tension in their bodies this leads to the messages between the brain and the body not being processed correctly and health can be compromised my this.

TECHNIQUES WE USE

Adjustments used on babies and children is very gentle and safe. Our chiropractors uses a combination of cranial adjustments, as well as adjusting the spine, sacrum and pelvis. Adjustments with newborns looks and feels like  gentle stretching of their bodies.
